Overview
There’s absolutely no refunds on products however we do offer store credit vouchers.
You have 7 days to contact us about the damaged products.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you store credit.
To be eligible for store credit you must email us at customerservice@rockyraw.com. To receive store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and picture showing the product. Then we’ll make our judgement.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds only store credit
If you are approved, then we’ll issue a store credit voucher which will be emailed to you.
Sale items
If you have a product that you purchased during a sale, we will issue store credit based on the sale price you purchased it.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products we do not offer exchanges
Shipping returns
DO NOT SHIP PRODUCTS TO THE MANUFACTURER, ONLY STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED
